I take great pride in making my homemade candles and making sure all my candles are in great condition, but of course, errors can occur. Since I want you to completely enjoy your purchase, if your candle arrives damaged or does not meet your expectations, I will make every practical effort to ensure you are satisfied with your purchase.
Please contact me at email@example.com within 7 business days of receiving your item(s) to initiate a return. If it is past 7 business days of receiving your item(s), unfortunately, I will not be able to offer a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your items must be unused and in the original condition in which they were received.
After your return is received, you will be sent an email notification. If items are in their original condition, your refund will be processed and credited to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please send a picture of the product in an email to firstname.lastname@example.org to initiate an exchange.
You are responsible for return shipping costs. If you need to return an item, shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the original cost of shipping will be deducted from your total refund.
